@mediatemplehelp Would be great if it worked. "Hang in there, your estimated wait time is 268 minutes".. this was after yesterday saying there was a wait time of 550 minutes. Like I said it's broken..

@skystracloud Thanks, though I think Media Temple's DNS problems over the course of the last year, suggest it's time to move on from the sub-par service being given.

@mediatemplehelp Article has the DNS that I've been using forever, people are suggesting it has been changed to a Godaddy DNS. It's extremely poor form that our site was down the entire yesterday and we can't get an explanation from anyone or through to anyone. Support Chat is broken...
