A friend of mine was jailed yesterday the 16th August by a Judge at Inner London Crown Court.
His name is Mr Russ Cooke
from Islington.
Mr Russ Cooke is a man of previous good character.
His crime was to attend a peaceful organised lawful demonstration which I believe was on the 27th June or July with no rioting violence or threatening behaviour attending by patriotic British citizens of all race colour creed and nationality.
There is a video on YouTube showing him speaking with heavily armoured fully shielded riot kit and you can clearly see Mr Cooke is clearly not showing any threat to the very large group of police police who were in alignment on the pavement.
Mr Cooke was not in the main floow or group of protesters he was literally alone with spectators passing by and around him.
There was no trouble threats ir violence and
Mr Russ Cooke was not arrested at the scene.
Last week his home was invaded raided by police who had tracked or hunted him down through YouTube videos but Mr Cooke wasn't at home but his brother was
Mt Russ Cooke was at the coast enjoying the weather.
The police attended his address again the following day but Mr Cooke was still at the coast so the police left a message with his brother saying Mr Russ Cooke must attend the police station for interview immediately and the police wouldn't give a reason why.
Mr Russ Cooke did attend the police station was charged taken to Magistates Court on Monday had pleaded guilty to 3 charges so he'd get a reduced sentence had no legal advice or a phone call the magistrate said he didn't have the power for sentencing and he was held in custody fast tracked to
Imner London Crown Court
Yesterday and given an 8 month jail sentence and is currently in Belmarsg Prison.
HOW DUSGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING IS THIS AND HES ONE OF MANY.
Mr Russ Coole is 66 years of age disabled never been in trouble or convicted of a criminal offence and all he did was ATTEND A LEGAL PEACEFUL PROTEST and our police and our POLITICIANS POLICE MAYOR and JUSTICE SYSTEM have treated a BTITISH CITIZEN in this manner.
WHOS THERE TO PROTECT MR RUSS COOKE OTHERS LIKE HIM AND US.
THIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING UNLAWFUL DICTATORSHIP COMMUNISM AND MORE.
WHERE IS OUR PROTECTION .
We're living in FEAR AND BE SILENCED we've no free speech and now getting sent to prison for actions that are LAWFUL and tracking hunting down people on social media through video or comments is HORRENDOUS.
I don't condone the riots and that was a tiny minority but digging out normal every day BRITISH CITIZENS IS FRIGHTENING
IT MUST STOP. WHAT CAN WE DO LEGALLY.
ANOTHER ELECTION WOULD BE IN ORDER EMERGENCY ELECTION NOW.
