LITERALLY should be the only way & it shouldn’t be a hassle to start there.

I felt depressed & had headaches, had 1 appointment, got on Zoloft.

That didn’t help so I got off. Still felt like shit + headaches.

I had a tumor on my hormone gland & Zoloft can also alter hormones
