The gov will offer deals and kickbacks for some agreement, information, narrative support, etc. These "incentives" happen on both sides and widen the gap between smaller competitors (ma and pa shops) and large corporations.

Additionally, we are not in a financial position to continue providing welfare for everyone. We also need to bring jobs back to the US and stop outsourcing everything.
