And I’ve responded with, “What was a hoax?”

1. Russia fucked with our election to try to help Trump win. That’s no hoax.
2. Team Trump welcomed & encouraged the help. That’s no hoax.
3. Team Trump tried to collude with Russia. That’s no hoax.
4. Trump repeatedly obstructed the investigation into what Russia did. That’s no hoax.
5. The FBI had no choice but to investigate. That’s no hoax.

BREAKING: Prosecutors from the Manhattan DA's office file a motion asking a judge for a protective order that would ban Donald Trump from publicly exposing any evidence in the hush money case — meaning he wouldn't be able to whine all over social media like he usually does.

According to the motion, Trump has a "longstanding and perhaps singular history of attacking witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, trial jurors, grand jurors, judges, and others involved in legal proceedings against him, putting those individuals and their families at considerable safety risk."

If the motion is approved — and it should be — Trump will be blocked not only from posting evidence on websites like Truth Social, but also from disseminating it to third parties. Some sensitive records would only be accessible to him with lawyers present and he would be unable to copy, photograph, or transcribe the material, a wise decision given his history of stealing classified documents.
