@EAHelp Why can’t I refund EA Play Pro less than 12 hours from purchasing it due to BF2042 issues and the game generally being bad? No game chat, no scoreboard, bland and spent 85% of time bounced back to menu for the attached error.

@AldiUK No, it doesn’t help. Can you understand what my issue is? I’ve invested in the AE batteries and charger, for use with Ferrex tools. Now you are selling Ferrex tools with batteries, that won’t work with my AE tools and also the cost of the battery on top of the tool.
