@ASOS_HeretoHelp received my refund and your customer service reps haven't answered me in 2 WEEKS. completely unacceptable, especially since Canada Post wants me to spend 67 to ship the items back when I wasn't suppose to receive these items but a refund instead? Ridiculous.

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I was supposed to receive my refund by May 13 and was not refunded, and had the package show up over a month late instead. I was requesting the refund as I did not want to wait any longer than I was kept waiting and no longer wanted these items. Still have not
