@Chad_Athena1371 @DMC_Ryan Has "Christian" in his bio and guaranteed he voted for Trump, who clearly and blatantly mocks everything Jesus Christ was said to preach. Talk about a cult. Literally Christianity defined.
@OpTic Not gonna lie I teared up at the very end when the vibes were going off. Been an Optic fan since BO1 and these boys have got me through some rough times. Seeing them come together in that old school LAN party style and be who they truly are just brought me so much joy. 💚
@GermainLussier I thought it was really well made. Really enjoyed the technique of having the interviewees watching old footage while filming a straight shot into their face to see their reaction intimately. It was very effective. Fisher Stevens added a lot as a director too.
@SynthPotato I’m 60 hours into Starfield and on NG+2 and my only major gripe is the loading screens within a planet. Totally takes me out of it leaving a small house and getting a loading screen. As my first Bethesda game I’m loving it tho, just wish it was a little more immersive like that
@H3CZ It’s funny how fans of teams often remember and identify so strongly with the physical space that the team inhabits. I think of Fenway Park as an example. Heczquarters was an important step in the evolution of OG. I’ll miss it dearly.
@SadBoyBarrett I’d say, the first two seasons are binge-able. But the last two seasons have episodes that are so dense and thought provoking that you can only watch one or two at a time. One of the best shows of our time for sure.
@mayurmahapatra1@stalman I’m having major issues with it on my Fuji XT-4. I’ve tried cleaning and it keeps coming back. I do change lenses often. And I was on a 4 month roadtrip with it. Just for some background info.
@jasonschreier Honestly, just the name Substack will prevent it from hitting critical mass appeal. Sounds like some kind business management/communications app.
@jfwong Two of my greatest passions. I can’t recall which began first. I just remember as a kid rotating between wearing out the tape on the Star Wars trilogy VHS set, and then switching to my Super Nintendo to play Zombies Ate my Neighbors. But now it’s all about my Xbox and Mando!
@JoeXScott Is that true? I haven’t played the games. But this episode was disturbingly poignant for exactly that reason. I grew up in Christian church and knowing how often sexual violence is perpetrated against children by “preachers” made this one of the hardest things I’ve ever watched
@GermainLussier I haven’t played any of the games. But as someone who grew up in a Christian church, and feels deeply brainwashed and fairly traumatized by events that took place (that I was lucky to not be the victim of) this episode was one of the most horrifying things Ive ever witnessed.
@GermainLussier Amazing article! Also footlamberts sounds like one of those bullshit terms video game companies use to describe the power of their GPU’s lol.
@PeterSciretta This is my first time watching an Ordinary Adventure and you did such a great job showcasing the world and with the editing. It was fun to watch your partner so full of joy the whole time. Great stuff Peter! I’m also in Burbank at the moment and strongly considering going!
