Ukraine Is Crippling Russia’s Oil Industry
According to Bloomberg, Ukraine’s long-range strikes have pushed Russia’s oil refining volumes to their lowest level since 2005.
Over the past 100 days alone, Ukraine has damaged 24 of russia’s 34 major oil refineries and struck fuel production facilities at least 50 times. Since the beginning of July, russia’s average crude oil processing has fallen to just 3.91 million barrels per day - more than 1.4 million barrels per day below last year’s average.
According to Ukraine’s General Staff, since August 2025, Ukrainian strikes have inflicted approximately $13.5 billion in losses on russia’s oil industry and have knocked out 42.74% of the country’s total oil refining capacity.
Oil exports are the financial lifeblood of russia’s war machine. Every refinery damaged means less fuel for the military, lower export revenues, and fewer resources available to finance the invasion of Ukraine. This is one of the most strategically significant campaigns of the war - and its effects are becoming increasingly visible.
🇺🇸 Rubio threatens to “destroy” the International Criminal Court
The US Secretary of State said that Washington is ready to seek the elimination of the International Criminal Court and called on allies to join this effort.
💬 According to him, the ICC is waging a “war” against the US, using “the power of so-called international law”. He also warned that countries that continue to support the court and at the same time receive American aid may face additional restrictions, including visa cancellations, travel bans and increased sanctions.
🔥🛢️ Russia’s Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai was also attacked overnight, about 380 km from the front.
The plant is one of the largest refineries in southern Russia, with annual processing capacity of around 6.25 million tons.

A confrontation recorded during neighborhood roadwork in Chadds Ford has drawn attention online after a woman repeatedly accused Hispanic workers of being in the country illegally and threatened them with immigration enforcement.
The video, posted by Geremias Hernandez, appears to show a crew repaving a residential roadway near Ponds Edge Drive. The precise intersection and whether the street is township-owned or privately maintained have not been independently confirmed.
In the footage, the woman approaches the workers while walking a golden retriever and demands information about the project. As the exchange escalates, she repeatedly questions the workers’ immigration status rather than discussing only the roadwork.
“None of you are legal. I looked,” the woman can be heard saying in the recording. “You’re all illegal. ICE is coming,” she adds.
One worker responds that he is from the United States. The woman then tells him to “go back” to where he came from, according to the video.
The recording does not show how the confrontation began, and no evidence is presented indicating that the woman had access to the workers’ employment or immigration records. Immigration status also cannot be determined from a person’s appearance, language or occupation.
The exchange unfolds as the crew appears to be carrying out scheduled paving work using commercial road equipment. Workers largely remain near the worksite while attempting to explain that they are there to do their jobs.
Dog repeatedly pulled during confrontation. The woman’s treatment of the dog she is walking also drew concern from viewers.
As she gestures, moves toward the workers and argues with the person recording, the leash repeatedly becomes taut around the dog’s neck. The golden retriever appears to brace its legs, pull backward and resist being moved closer to the confrontation.
At several points, the dog’s head and neck are pulled sharply as the woman changes direction or waves the leash-holding arm. The animal appears visibly uncomfortable and attempts to remain behind her.
The footage does not establish that the dog was physically injured. However, repeated pressure from a collar and leash can place strain on a dog’s neck, particularly when the animal is resisting or being jerked unexpectedly.
The woman has not been publicly identified, and her account of the dispute is not available.
The incident appears to have occurred in Chadds Ford, an affluent suburban and semi-rural community roughly 25 miles southwest of Philadelphia.

Police seized 4.5 tons of fuel during the raid.
People like this, like the man who called Renée a “fuckin’ bitch,” like the 10 bastards who shot Alex in the back for helping a woman being beaten, are not like the rest of us.
This agency sorts for murderers. It empowers and rewards them. It is organized psychopathy.
END ICE.
This morning in Biddeford, Maine, a 26-year-old man said goodbye to his wife and daughter and left for work. Moments later he was dead, shot in the head by ICE agents, the second man ICE has killed in six days.
ICE is killing our neighbors. ICE cannot be reformed. Abolish ICE.
