@RoyalMail I sent a parcel tracked &signed to Germany on 3 March, tracking info said it’s been sent to China! My Customers’ German post office apparently have sent it back to me, but I have no tracking info to say it was in Germany. I just get referred to an unhelpful RM website.

@nxcare The contact number for the service I need closed at 6pm. Can you please report the technical issue you have with your website, to whoever can fix it please. I have cleared all data history and cookies from my device and it is still reporting a problem with your website.

@RoyalMail I bought a power bank battery charger online and was sent it through Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. It's faulty and I need to return it, but your website says battery items are prohibited from being posted. Can I send it back to them via Royal Mail?
