@khaled_fig وللأسف مؤخرا السلوك ده بدأ يزيد. فا بنرجع نفتح الوظيفة تاني.
أو مش بنلاقي حد مناسب، أو بنلاقي وبيكون طالب مرتب مش مناسبنا.
التوظيف موضوع معقد ومش سلس زي ما إنت متخيل. ربنا يكرمك يوما ما وتفتح شركة وحاتعرف إن الحكم على ال��مور من بعيد غالبا بيكون مش صحيح

@khaled_fig أنا صاحب شركة UX Design, وبقالنا تقريبا ٦ شهور بنزل نفس الوظائف كل شوية، بس مش عشان بيئتنا وحشة ولا عشان بنمشي ناس، عشان مش لاقيين ناس كويسة. لما بيقدم عدد معين بنوقف الاعلان عشان نعرف نعمل انترفيز ونفرز.. وفيه ساعات الشخص بعد ما بنتفق وقبل يوم التعيين بيوم أو آتنين بيعتذر
