I understand that my previous appeals were reviewed and that the decision has remained unchanged. I respect the process, but I wanted to make one final request.

I sincerely apologize for any Community Guidelines violations connected to my accounts. Looking back, I recognize that even if some actions came from a lack of understanding of the rules, I was still responsible for following YouTube’s policies.

I am not asking to recover my previous channels or reverse past decisions. I am simply asking for the opportunity to start over from zero and become part of the YouTube community again in the right way.

I am willing to follow all guidelines, learn from my mistakes, and make sure this does not happen again. YouTube has been an important platform for me, and I would truly appreciate the chance to rebuild my presence while respecting the community and its rules.

I am following up again regarding the termination of my original account (danelfelipel).

I continue to believe there has been a misunderstanding in this case, because this account was never used to upload videos, post content, or engage in any activity that could reasonably be considered spam, deceptive practices, or scams. To my knowledge, there were no uploads or meaningful interactions on the channel at all, as I primarily used YouTube only as a viewer.

Because of this, I am genuinely unable to understand how the cited violation could apply to this account. I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing—I simply believe there may be an error or misidentification in the enforcement decision.

I respectfully ask once again for a clear explanation of what specific action triggered the termination, or if possible, for a manual review of the case by a human reviewer. I remain convinced that if the account activity is carefully re-examined, this situation can be clarified and corrected.

It does not seem consistent that an account with no uploads or apparent activity would fall under “Spam, deceptive practices and scams policies,” and that is why I am continuing to appeal.

The reason I keep requesting clarification is because this account was never used to upload videos, publish posts, promote anything, or engage in spam-related activity. As far as I can recall, there were no uploads and little to no interaction on the channel at all. I mainly used YouTube as a viewer.

I am not asking for special treatment—only for clarification and a fair review. If the account was terminated for a specific action, could you please identify what that action was? After more than four years, I still do not know what conduct allegedly violated the policy.

I respectfully request that this case be reviewed again by a human reviewer, or that I be provided with more specific information regarding the violation so I can better understand the decision.

Hello @TeamYouTube , I would like to clarify again that there must be a mistake regarding the termination of my first channel/account (danelfelipel).

The policy cited was “Spam, deceptive practices and scams policies,” but it is impossible that this account violated those policies because I never actually used the channel to publish content. There were 0 uploads/posts and most likely 0 comments as well. I only used YouTube as a viewer and never interacted with anyone or promoted anything.

I respectfully ask if this case can please be reviewed again manually, because the stated violation does not match the actual activity of the account.
