Two things are killing AI implementation: mindset and balls. Without the right mindset across the team, especially at the top - and without the guts to try things you’ve never implemented before, you’re stuck. AI is opening doors most people don’t even realize exist.

Alaskan’s expansion into Germany is in full swing.
Being in Berlin and meeting partners and customers in person has been incredibly valuable. Our story resonates, customers love the product, but Germany requires true localization. I'm here to hear the feedback and make changes.
One of the hardest things in our marketing? People keep challenging us “This can’t be true.” But it is. 100% wild, organic fish, caught in Alaska’s cleanest ocean. No colorants. No Photoshop😂 Just pure nature. Picture from our 2025 season arriving these days to all our members.
Leadership used to mean headcount. Now it means leverage. Smaller teams, bigger outcomes. I’m all-in on leading a few exceptional people. We already built a business with MRR in the millions in the last year - and are now scaling globally with a few exceptionally talented people.
AI adoption. At first it looks easy, but once a real use case is discussed, excitement fades—suddenly 10 reasons why “not yet.” Change is driven by leaders who seize this chance. Even if the first use case isn’t perfect, it moves you miles ahead. With AI evolving so fast.
Big milestone achieved! Closing the whole DTC ecosystem with our own factory in Alaska — we catch, produce and deliver the best wild Alaskan fish in the world directly to customers. We’re super excited about the future! 🚀
