In art this week we have developed our knowledge of colour mixing. We used water to thin the paint and allowed different colours to run into each other. π¨

In preparation of our roofing works project, Extended Schools have temporarily relocated to the Hall. Access is via the UFS, Year 3, 4 and 5 side of school (please see aerial view). Further details are on ParentPay (dated 17.3.26). Thank you for your support during this time.

In DT yesterday we used card and masking tape to make a chair for a bear. We had to fold and roll the paper to create a stable structure.πͺπ» @DaneRoydSchool#DaneRoydDT
Today Y2 used question marks in SPaG. We know that questions start with βWhoβ, βWhatβ, βWhenβ, βWhereβ, βWhyβ and βHowβ. We wrote our own questions and explored our outdoor area to ask questions. βββ@DaneRoydSchool#DaneRoydEnglish
Our ECO Ambassadors are super excited to release a previously unheard ECO song written by last years team. To co-inside with British Science Weeks 'what are you curious about...' theme, clues will be hidden around school in coloured Easter eggs. @DaneRoydSchool
