BUILDING TIPS: For any building operation in any part of the country, a developer is required to pay building fees levied according to the location and classification of the building operation.
These fees are can be paid using the Building Industry Management System (BIMS) an online platform that digitized all the building control process.
Any other fees outside the Building Control Fees Regulations, 2020 are illegal and must not be paid.
