@williamnhutton I might agree if they hadn't already hit the post twice and been stopped by a couple of miraculous saves. By the time they equalized they easily could have already been leading. By then, a goal (or more) felt inevitable, thanks to England's passive approach.

@ShippersUnbound I couldn't believe how passively they played after they scored. They never once seemed to try and control possession, and every goal kick was a boom down the field that was immediately surrendered. Those Argentina scores felt inevitable, although I am definitely no expert.
