@GavinNewsom Governor Newsom, you speak of the need for affordability in the rental housing industry; however, it is a fact that "mom and pops" the majority of the industry, raise rent minimally, nowhere near the 5% you just signed away! Tenants will not see lower rent. Quite the opposite!
