آپ پھر اپنے ان حکمرانوں کا بھی بائیکاٹ کریں جنکے علاوہ کوئی وزیر اعظم، صدر اور وزیر اعلیٰ نہیں بن سکتا، یہ تو سیدھی سیدھی منافقت ہےکہ ایک شخص کیلئے اپکے اصول اور ہیں اور دوسروں کے لئے اور۔

اسکا بزنس ہے اسکی مرضی ہے جسے رکھے نہ رکھے، آپ کی کمیونٹی پر اگر اسے ٹرسٹ نہیں رہا تو ٹرسٹ توڑنے والے بھی تو اپکی کمیونٹی کے ہی لوگ تھے نا تو ان سے گلا کریں۔

For medicos, the only path worth your time, effort, and money is USMLE. Otherwise, stay in your home country, do training and specialization, and then move abroad (Ireland, UK, Gulf). The job market is the same for junior doctors all around the world.
