Then I ask them twice to verbally confirm what the amount of my bill will be which is now $12 higher this month than last. I spend 1 1/2 hours on with various CS people who get rude and tell me too bad unless I sign a new 2 year contract 2/2
Too much to say in a tweet but basically since I switched to mobility my bill hasn’t been right which requires a call every month. Then they tell me last month we’re gonna switch things around to make it cheaper. 1/2
