A big thank you to @DrGiesler and Bernd Schmitt for the opportunity to present with Brad Briscoe to students at the Columbia Business School executive education course âDesigning Customer Experiences: From Strategy to Executionâ.
It was an eventful few days in New York City!
94 million listing impressions. 16 million clicks. One year.
Thatâs what @AdCellerant achieved after partnering with @Yext to scale listings, reviews, and social across 2,000+ advertisers.
By moving to a centralized platform, the agency gained efficiency managing thousands of local business listings while improving visibility and reputation, driving a 20% increase in impressions and an 18% lift in clicks year-over-year.
As Sarah Guenther, Senior Operations Manager at AdCellerant, shared:
âYext has really streamlined all parts of our day-to-day campaign management process⊠the efficiency gains weâve achieved are truly significant.â
When agencies need to scale fast without sacrificing quality or control, having the right platform, and the right partner, makes all the difference.

In a world full of chaos and fleeting, absurd trends, the smartest brands aren't rewriting the playbook on a whim. (But yes, we can admit... it's tempting sometimes.)
In our newest episode of The Visibility Brief, Paul McHardy (Leader of Global Search Intelligence, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) sits down with Rebecca Colwell (SVP of Marketing, @Yext) to make the case for locking in through the absurdity.

Following the earthquakes that struck various locations in Venezuela, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints launched a humanitarian response that includes the distribution of approximately 5,000 assistance kits, which are expected to benefit more than 23,500 people in the affected communities.
The response, coordinated by the Church in conjunction with humanitarian organizations and government authorities, aims to assess the most urgent needs and ensure that aid reaches those who need it most quickly.
The kits include food, drinking water, hygiene items, and other essential supplies. As part of this first phase of assistance, mattresses, blankets and pillows are also being distributed to families temporarily in shelters. This assistance is for anyone in need.
At the same time, the Church is preparing other projects to support families who have lost their belongings. The Church is committed to helping communities throughout their recovery.

Yesterday, June 27, was the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Prophet Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrumâthe day they sealed their testimonies of Jesus Christ and the Restoration of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1844. Â
We remember this day with solemnityâbut we also rejoice in the June 27, 2002 dedication of the Nauvoo Illinois Temple. And, yesterday June 27, 2026, was the day the Nauvoo Temple Visitorsâ Center and Brigham and Mary Ann Young home were dedicated. Â
What was revealed here in Nauvoo continues to bless Heavenly Fatherâs children everywhere. The new Nauvoo Temple Visitorsâ Center will help visitors gain a deeper appreciation for sacred temple covenants and ordinances restored by the Lord to Joseph Smith here in Nauvoo and offered in temples worldwide today.
