@AppleSupport I need urgent help with Case 102837951424. I am a victim of extortion. My MacBook is locked. I’ve been waiting for 18 days since uploading proof. Advisor Katy promised "pro essential" status on March 16, but still no update. Chat support is not helping. Please help!
