@JoeB2367 @united What pisses me off is we bought the upgrade in April,they did a“quiet” plane swap in June(no email mentioning it)and they put us in a different cabin and still has our $760 we paid from upgrading. When I call they just tell me the seat is sold out (since the flight is in 2 days)
