I think I have just finalized a full end-to-end video publishing workflow. Completely automated, zero-touch, including:
- A full tight-cut edit of the video (Descript/Underlord)
- Adding in-context overlay animations as I'm talking about a topic (Remotion)
- Adding popovers like YT thumbnails, blog GIFs, etc. referencing related content as I mention them
- Audio cleanup and enhancement
- Full YT thumbnail creation, including text, background image, and custom headshot
- Full contextual YT description
- End-to-end publishing all the way to live on YouTube
It also creates a number of clips from the content and writes social posts for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
It already works, just tweaking at this point.
I have been waiting for this moment for like 3 years, and have tried like 15 times before. The AI (and my harness skills) have finally made it possible.
My creativity feels massively unlocked already. So fucking excited.
@theo Curious what you think of this response to your memory files video.
I don’t think we’re ultimately disagreeing here, and I think this is the way to explain what’s good and bad about these files.

Why is Twitter now full of people posting their elite loop/graph articles after a video of $person doing a lecture in 2023?
With the implication that the follow-on article is exactly on-topic and endorsed by the initial person.
Please stop. It’s nauseating spam.
OK, I’m an idiot.
This is literally a bot farm. and includes one or two comments from the bot farm saying, “Hey, this sounds awesome. I’m gonna check this out today” type stuff.
This is a massive slop bot problem that needs to be addressed.
@LunarResearcher Stolen Authority post. The person you linked to didn’t endorse this content. It’s your content appended to look as if they did. Shame.
I have a keyboard shortcut that auto completes this:
“Stolen Authority post. The person you linked to didn’t endorse this content. It’s your content appended to look as if they did. Shame.”
Feel free to use it.
And somehow it’s always fucking graph articles.
And like half the time, it’s not even related to the content that they stole the authority from.
The Twitter team needs to seriously police this shit.
