Whole train boarding and staff stood around and refusing to open gates forcing all passengers through one gate.

So now train further delayed.

@northernassist disappointed that you have canx at the last minute the train to urmston, no update on app and no info at Oxford Rd. @MCRMetrolink then plus a taxi so I don't miss an appt.

Endless canxs at last min that has left us stranded previously. Rubbish.
