@SunwingVacay I submitted a claim. Sunwing refused compensation required by the air passenger protection regulations. We were told delay was due to weather but there were a number flights flying the same time and as seen by previous tweet there was no organization of our return.

@SunwingVacay my family is supposed to leave in less than an hour for the airport to take flight WG 435 from Punta Cana to MTL. Email, text, and phone call confirm it is cancelled but local rep can't do anything because it is not in their system.

@SunwingVacay The flight did not leave on the 25th. I booked an Air Canada flight on the 27th after being denied access to a flight at the airport. I can now see why we were denied if @SunwingVacay thought we were already home. Please help others who are in the same situation.

@SunwingVacay after a night where my 4 yr old slept on the floor of a hotel room, and the next day when we got denied entry to a flight our rep sent us to the airport for, I booked an Air Canada flight and got home. I hope you will reimburse us for the cost of the flight.
