At around 120 km above Earth, Artemis 2's Orion capsule will enter Earth's  atmosphere at an estimated 38,367 km/h.
That's like a flight taking 2 minutes to fly from OR Tambo Airport to Cape Town Airport.
The atmosphere has air particles in it. That causes friction. That causes fire. But the capsule is fire proof.
The crew members are scheduled to splash down off the coast of San Diego at approximately 2am SA Time, April 11th (April 10th in the US). You can start watching from 1am as they approach the planet.
