I Confirm, Marvel Rivals Does HAVE Aim Assist for Controllers on PC, it's just weaker than PS5 and Xbox.

That's all.

Soon I'll test it all in-depth but the recommendations will be mostly valid to console, if you like a dedicated PC controller settings and AA test, let me know.
