@CameliaAB1 @sim0nica Și este destul de dificil, vezi exemplul SUA cu deținătorii de arme care o iau razna. Ar trebui metode de educație, informare, supraveghere medicală și nu numai pentru a reduce numărul acestor indivizi deci mai este mult de lucru. Nu se rezolvă cu un Tweet 🙃.
