@AmazonHelp I manage social media accounts professionally, and when this sort of thing happens with my clients, at least I have the decency to let leadership of the companies know & work to help the customer get resolution

@AmazonHelp I’ll tell you something else, your phone support acted like they took pleasure in the fact that they don’t have to offer me good customer service because you are a goliath company. That attitude is what made Blockbuster go broke. They were rude on top of useless

@AmazonHelp Your phone support was not only rude but useless. What’s the point of calling back when they have already told me that there’s nothing I can do, no supervisor wants to speak to me, and that they will not refer me to another department that can help me?

@AmazonHelp told that insights would not be given to me & that my complaint could not be escalated & that I could not appeal. I read the guidelines and the reviews did not break guidelines & were made by members of my social media audience, not personal relations. They are honest customers

@AmazonHelp And because new reviews are being told that my account is suspicious, I don’t feel confident doing paid advertising on my book because you guys are making me look shady. It completely ruined a book launch I had promoted for many weeks

@AmazonHelp Thank you for responding. I had done a lot of promotion prior to my book launch. A few people purchased my book on day one and put up reviews which were all taken down and new reviews were told that my account was suspicious and no more reviews were being accepted on my book
