A pair of Honey Buzzard gave some exceptional views today in Northern Portugal.

A nice first few days away in northern Portugal with highlights being Griffon Vulture, Booted Eagle, Short-toed Eagle, Rock Bunting and Crag Martin. As well as 12 species of butterfly and 4 species of Dragonfly.

@nickybond007 Not really, no Petrels or Shearwaters other than Cory's on the fishing trip. At the golf course there were the usuals, Glossy Ibis and Black-crowned Night Heron.

A nice morning around the Las Américas golf course with plenty of Canary, 4 Berthelot's Pipit, 3 African Blue Tit, Black-crowned Night Heron, Glossy Ibis, Cattle Egret and 5 hoopoe.

A nice visit to Thursley Common today. 2 Redstart, 4 Tree Pipit, 2 Silver-studded Blue, 3 Downy Emerald and a Viviparous Lizard.
