If you don't want the vaccine or feel uncomfortable, then great for you. Hospitals have their rules and regulations to keep people safe, and if you are not compliant with health codes then you are welcome to work at your local retail store.

@jake_meador_ I'm mainly upset at how someone is gonna try to talk down a business (whether it be a hospital or whatever) because they don't want to follow the rules or regulations. They gave you the option to work and you didn't take it. Thats no one else's fault.
