I’m staying off Twitter for now,I’ve seen many of our fans abuse players in this last 10 days, I’ve seen Fickle (Yes.That Word) Fans discussing sacking Rafa, also all now saying the takeover won’t be happening ( Is it looking healthy? Very). What is our fanbase turning into #nufc

[Mario Melchiot @MarioMelchiot]

Troy Deeney on Virgil Van Dijk: "I hate him. He's too big, too strong, too quick, too good on the ball, he loves fighting and he's got a good head of hair. He's one of those guys who sprays on his top as well so he smells lovely." 😂 #mmove

[Simon Harrison @simonhfootball]

From a Barça juvenil side to getting his first-team debut for Man City in a matter of months. Not hard to see why so many lose faith with La Masia. This is the kind of faith that would make a young player feel valued.

[Henry Winter @henrywinter]

@WallsendBoysFC Whole country owes you a favour 👍 five full England internationals and 60+ pros - and Sting. ⚽️🎸

[Henry Winter @henrywinter]

'They get 52,000 fans but what else is there to do in Newcastle!?'😲 only a great nightlife, Bigg Market, big football club, good university, museums, restaurants, beautiful beaches nearby, famous bridges and breweries, good bands, Wallsend Boys Club, buzzing atmosphere etc, etc.

🗣 Usyk: “The atmosphere was really outstanding, extraordinary. I felt like I’ve never felt before.”

🗣 Loma: “In England, people understand boxing.. I want to fight in England, I like the atmosphere.”

[Cody Rhodes @CodyRhodes]

Someone not believing in your project at first...but now pleading to be part of it...

I’ll consider that a compliment and not be a cynical ass about it. (Unless drunk)
