@StagecoachMids how co.e we are allowing buses to run upto 5 mins early? Got to my stop with 4 mins to go before arrival and the bus goes past. Aren't you meant to keep to timetable and stop to allow time to catch up?

Yet your app showed the next bus running 4 mins early (56 to Cov at 08.45) Funny it showed that and not mine...

@StagecoachMids Thats not exactly helpful is it? Your app states 8.25. Nowhere does it say arrive 5-10 mins early. I work in the industry so I know you can run early, but the app stated nothing. Even 4 mins early should be enough if the app states 8.25. Use the app and it fails.

@StagecoachMids The official ruling was 2 mins. It may not be a timing point, but the fact is you are running before timetable. I was there 4 mins before scheduled time. It was 8.25, not 24. But 5 mins before is excessive.
