You asked for it, and we are heading to the Midwest thanks to @EP_byDMOS for hosting! We are expecting a huge show out. Early bird rates are up, and if your org has 3 or more people joining let us know for a company promo code. And yes! @danieldlarson57 and I are reuniting!
@scienceofrehab1 Yes, exactly. We use wrist straps to accommodate for grip strength but it just adds another element to set up and familiarization for those who aren't used to them
@scienceofrehab1 TBH, once we are done with the study, I don't think I'll use the IMTP much for training anymore. It's actually a lot more of a "skill" than I used to acknowledge. I'm still a huge fan of hard or ballistic isometrics, but would rather throw someone on the leg press to do them
In our latest podcast episode, @ChrisHughen sat down with @danieldlarson57 to discuss all things Rate of Force Development (RFD).

Our Sports PT Residency is officially accredited! Good news! Thanks to @danieldlarson57 for all his efforts in helping us make this happen. Added more wrinkles for our next resident. @kwhitehair_dpt was a fantastic one to get us started.
@GregLehman@JasonTuoriPT@erikMeira@MC_Grahamer Is it possible that the joint area that the load is distributed matters? If someone has less or more excursion, then some areas of the tibiofemoral and PF joints will be relatively underloaded and some will be relatively overloaded which both could disrupt tissue homeostasis?
@MuyVienDPT Hopefully a pic from north country steak buffet about to go in for the 6th steak. Steak capacity might need to be added to the return to sport testing batteries
