@AFCJA Arteta must be the best manager in the world if he’s managed to get this bunch of terrible players that only score from set pieces to win the league
@Liamreddi I think Caicedo is safe. Him, Rodri and Rice are the best 3 for that position in world football, would be silly replace.
Enzo, I’m still not sold on, think he lacks consistency (however, I don’t watch him every week) but not sure how much of an upgrade he would be
@Liamreddi Yeah, every player is different. Some players hit the ground running and others take time. Especially if systems are different, social circles are new etc. you would think ex pros would know that…
@Liamreddi Oh yeah, he wasn’t a B list player, that was a silly comment. Hmmm, I’ve not seen main stream media go in on any of them. It’s all been about giving them time to settle etc. more so Wirtz and Ekitike
@Liamreddi I feel like sky sports is a paid subscription for what I could see on Twitter. Show me something only ex-pro’s know or high up people in football. Not what some armchair fan can say about someone
@Liamreddi The 11 signings more expensive than him is correct. Why is he catching more flack than others? Other than idiot Arsenal fans engaging with idiots. I’m mostly against it as I don’t like how sky sports has shifted from decent insight into ragebaiting
@Liamreddi@BSTComps Also if they don’t pay, it doesn’t matter. €15m and wages covered for a year out of a 7 year contract doesn’t matter. Only way it’s a problem is if he’s dreadful, which I doubt as Bundesliga suits him to a T
@Liamreddi@_JoeAlexanderr Yeah, he’s very good at everything. If you had to pick a weakness it would be his shooting. But for a defender his shooting is incredible
