Former Juventus coach Max Allegri wins the first ever Galeone award.
Galeone was Allegri’s mentor and he was emotional recalling the legendary manager (@tvdellosport )
A coach who never stopped teaching. It sounds crazy to say this, but you made greatness feel normal. Even after hat-tricks, wins and trophies, there was always another lesson, another challenge and another level to reach. That mentality changed this club forever and changed me too. The honour of a lifetime to work with the best. Thank you for everything, boss 🙏🏻 🩵
🗣️ Douglas Costa: “Andrea Barzagli was the best of the three in the backline. Chiellini was impressively solid defensively, Bonucci was technically incredible, like a regista, but Barzagli had it all. He was big, strong, fast, and intelligent.
I played with Barza at 36-37 years old, but imagine him when he was younger. He may not have the same fame as the other two, but those who played against him know that he was a TOTAL defender.” #Juventus ⚪️⚫️
Novak Djokovic just said being bored is the most creative state a child can be in.
His son is 10 and his daughter is 7.
He says when his son told him he was bored after a morning of ping pong, kayaking, and soccer, he sat him down for a conversation most parents avoid.
"It's okay to be bored sometimes. When you're bored, it doesn't mean that you have to instantly take a book or a screen. You need to also learn how to be with your thoughts."
Djokovic says boredom is when creativity finally shows up, and it's also when everything you have been suppressing through your phone comes to the surface.
Most parents are protecting their kids from the only state that grows them.

🗣️ Samir Nasri on Ramadan:
"Why should coaches need to know if players are observing Ramadan? In my day, no one asked me, 'Are you fasting for Ramadan or not?' We're in a secular country; normally, religion should stay in the private sphere.
Does the coach go to Catholics and ask if they're observing Lent? Why wasn't this question about Ramadan an issue 20 years ago? This question shouldn't even exist. You know it's Ramadan season, you know more or less which players on your team are Muslim. You watch the matches; if a player is underperforming, you sub him out, that's it. Why go and ask him if he's fasting for Ramadan? Because he's fasting, are you going to look at him differently? It shouldn't be a thing to ask your players not to fast.
Karim Benzema, he's at his best when he's under Ramadan. Do we talk about that too? Everyone has their own experience. Some players are carried by their faith too, and that, you can't know. Some eat McDonald's and score hat-tricks; there's no logic to it."
