@HMRCcustomers how do I access your online chat to talk to an advisor? I did this a month ago but can no longer find the option popping up to chat. My tax code was wrong and they told me they would resolve it and change it, but it is still wrong and I am being overtaxed.

@HMRCcustomers I changed my personal details after my marriage almost a year ago but have just recently noticed, when logging into my personal tax account, that my surname is spelled incorrectly. How can I get this sorted? thanks
