According to a Reuters/Ipsos poll, Harris has 47% compared to Trump's 40%.

The convicted felon former president has seen his edge on the economy shrink in recent weeks. On the question of "economy, unemployment and jobs," 43% said that they prefer Trump and 41% said Harris.

This 2 point lead for Trump is down from a 3 point lead in August and an 11 point in late July. He's losing ground rapidly with no clear way of regaining it.
