Venasaur is Modest nature now, and I swapped some of Garchomp's speed for HP and made it Adamant nature. It still outspeeds everything slower than Mega Aerodactyl, and the extra bulk and attack are quite handy.
Feel free to share any questions or input. Good luck and have fun!
Updated my old Mega Charizard/Mega Staraptor team in Pokémon Champions, just in time for the new series!
I changed up a couple of the move sets to be better against some of the meta threats, especially rain teams, and I also optimized some of the stats. I hope you like it!
Stats-wise, Mega Staraptor has enough attack now at +1 to one-shot max HP Sylveon with Brave Bird, and Whimsicott has enough special attack to one-shot Mega Swampert and two-shot Basculegion. (cont.)
@TerminalMontage Bright Powder is the closest to King's Rock in which it makes opposing moves more likely to fail, so if Ronald wanted to lean into the RNG rage-baiting strategy, that'd be the move.
He could also go the opposite direction and use Wide Lens so Rock Slide is more likely to hit.
Made another Pokémon Champions team, this time pairing Charizard with Staraptor instead of Delphox.
It's a lot more consistent - not many teams can counter both Charizard and Staraptor reliably, and it gives you lot more flexibility with your gameplans, too.
I hope you like it!
@nobleChicken97 Good catch. I had Throat Chop to help with things like Primarina and Sylveon, but Darkest Lariat might be better here. Thanks for the input!
Whimsicott is built for Staraptor, but it's also great with Charizard - Charm lets Charizard survive Rock Slides from Aerodactyl and Garchomp, and Fake Tears lets Charizard one-shot almost anything.
I've had a lot of success with it in Master rank, so feel free to try it out!
Pretty happy with this Mega Staraptor + Mega Delphox team I made in Pokémon Champions.
I've had a lot of success with it on the ranked ladder, so feel free to give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

@Getto_Smurf@Getto_Smurf I actually found that certain Rain Teams with Mega Raichu or hard Trick Room teams with Sylveon + Kingambit could be tricky, so I created a new team with Charizard + Staraptor.
It's been a lot more consistent for me in Master Ball rank. I'm about to post it now!
@Getto_Smurf Worry Seed and Charm can actually mess Swampart up quite a lot, and Garchomp and Staraptor together can mess Arch up pretty well.
Also, since using Roost removes your Flying typing for the turn, you can use it to both heal and save yourself from a super effective Electro Shot.
