I bought a quarter zip top from @marksandspencer a couple of months ago. When I washed it it shrunk to the point of being unwearable. The Waterloo store said "we are a franchise - take it to a proper store." He said I can't do anything without a receipt. He must be stupid.
@SW_Help Furthermore, why was Esher cancelled as a stop (after it had gone through the station!) when it was on time? What could possibly be the justification?
Why @SW_Help did the Trainline app show the 17.02 from Waterloo to Surbiton as being on time from platform 7 when I checked at 16.59, only for the train to go straight through Surbiton once I was on? Shambolic and disgraceful.
@SW_Help It was on Trainline (since removed) and on the platform's sign, both literally including the point in time where the train raced through and didn't stop. Trainline now says that that train never existed if you look now and look at 'earlier trains.' What on earth is going on?
The service from @currys is as bad as it gets. 'Ready to collect in store in 2 days' was a lie. It's 3 days later, I've received no communication, and the guy on their live chat just apologised for the delivery team. I still don't know when it will be ready. Don't shop at Currys.
Never seen anything more disgraceful than the toilet situation at @ThePeninsulist by the O2. Five toilets (nowhere near enough) but only two working (three out of order). It's borderline illegal and certainly ethically unacceptable.
Being told at 11.20am (after zero communication up to that point) that the 11.00 coach to Poole is delayed is most unhelpful. Being told that they can't locate the coach and don't know when or if it will arrive doesn't help either.
Does @RBKingston think it's acceptable to change their parking permit website, which then breaks and becomes unusable, and then put me on hold for half an hour (and counting) when trying to get through to a human? Disgraceful.
