👥 The 2026 Huduma Fellows, continued...
💧 Angellah Nkinzi, Hydrogeologist at the Ministry of Water and Environment, applies science where it matters most, working to ensure that rural health centers, schools, and communities have reliable access to water, guided by a simple conviction: water is a public good, not a privilege.
⚽ Outeke Daniel Moses, of the Uganda Prisons Service, leads across two demanding arenas, the football pitch and the correctional facility, drawing from both a philosophy of leadership that places human dignity, fairness, and rehabilitation at the center of institutional service.
💻 Akbr Kanyesigye @kanyesigye_, IT Officer at the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, is building the connective tissue of government data, a harmonised national statistics system that pushes back on the narrative that nothing in government works, one shared standard at a time.
⚖️ Martha Irankunda, Acting Head of Prosecution at the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, enforces labour law as an act of justice, not authority, standing between vulnerable workers and the exploitation that assumes no one will intervene.
Welcome to the network. 🌍🤝

We’re thrilled to announce the 2026 cohort of the Huduma Fellowship! 🎉🇺🇬
Meet our 22 incredible fellows, each with a unique background across different career paths in Uganda’s public sector.
Tomorrow, these distinguished Ugandans will hold their first leadership seminar.
They represent our unwavering commitment to building leaders of consequence, individuals who will lead with ethics, values, and a deep sense of service to build a better Uganda.
Today, they join a growing network of transformative leaders we’ve been weaving together for over a decade.
📜 “Huduma” is Kiswahili for public service—and these fellows truly embody it.
