Worse still, when I talk to Commonwealth, they tell me to take it up with Citibank. When I ask Citibank, they say I need to talk to Commonwealth. I’ve been patient and understanding but it feels like I’ve been screwed here by @CommBank and @Citibank. Let’s sort this out now
