@GunzStatic @RiotPhroxzon Giant slayer relying on HP delta is a lot more impractical than bHP, since you don't need to do overcomplex math (for a real time action game) of calculating the HP difference between you and the enemy's. With bHP you just need to press tab and see how much HP items they have

As for the power level problem, I would probably nerf Giant slayer to 10% extra damage or the maximum armor pen it would give with crit to 30% and buff the AD up to 40/45

@RiotPhroxzon Maybe armor pen scaling from crit in a way that it isn't efficient to build when you don't have extra crit? It would cap at the same point (35%) with either 75% or 100% crit, meaning 0.47/0.35 % armor pen crit chance
