I have 4 hours at $0.09/kWh. Why would I charge at 2.4kW instead of 7kW? Solar FIT is $0.10/kWh. I get more for solar that I pay to buy

The charts detail capacity loss of a fully charged battery at various temperatures over a 10 month period in which all 3 types basically lose 5% at 25 degrees.
