We’ve NEVER raised investor capital.
Yet we’re scaling ecom brands to $100M+ per year
Using 1 thing most founders underuse:
Cash flow leverage.
I recorded a breakdown of 6 systems we use to fund growth without VCs

This ad has been running for 100+ days and it’s a masterclass in “organic” storytelling
https://t.co/w84LSOrnPp
Takes a scenario in which the customer avatar would relate to and turns the scenario into a story
Stories draw people in and make it more interesting
A common technique for this, is using the “but” and “so” method
In this ad it immediately starts off with that
“I just started yoga… feeling good” BUT people are looking at her feet SO she looked down and noticed how bad they were
“I started searching for a solution…” BUT those things did not work SO then i found this antifungal cream
You can compound a couple of these over and over, aim to do 2-3 per ad!
This landing page has been is running across 100+ active ads and this shop is scaling.
Let's review it!

This listicle page is a great example of “extending the benefits” and attaching a product to something outside the performance it naturally does.
This makes the product more valuable in the customer’s eyes vs. if it was just “sleep better”
It attaches it to things like “hair and skin health”
Let’s dive into the hook first.
“Viral sensation” = social proof
“Why a blissy pillowcase sells every 30 seconds worldwide” = more social proof and creates curiosity
“And why you’re about to buy one” = makes me thing of the prove me right or prove me wrong idea, “let’s see about that”
What I like about this listicle, is it shows you don’t always have to use the same headline concept of “5 reasons why” like most people do with listicle pages.
From here, the subheadline further builds even more social proof by calling out the fact it’s sold out a couple times and has over 200K+ 5 star reviews.
You got people very interested now and the next question in the consumer’s mind is “what is all the hype about”
Here’s where it goes right into it, after hype has been built up about it. Think of an MC before someone walks on stage vs. just walking on stage without an MC.
The 12 reasons why you’ll love this product are all strong reasons vs. using traditional “it’s soft” and “you’ll sleep better.” In fact, it only calls out that it’s comfortable at once.
The reasons use variety of persuasive tactics such as:
Attaching to broader benefits
Comparing to other pillows (product vs. product)
Social proof using authorities
Positioning as a “must have gift”
Social proof of reviews
Extending how people will use it with travel
Risk removal with a 60 day guarantee
Then after all this is done, it answers the next biggest question that people will have in their minds “cool, where can I get one?” Where it then immediately starts to show a place to actually buy it.
Due to pillow cases being not something urgent for people to buy, leveraging a strong discount at the end with a timer helps push people over to buy now.
ecom is split into 2 camps right now.
group 1: dropshippers chasing the next Meta ad tactic. whatever gets them sales tomorrow. copy-pasting viral products.
group 2: people building a real brand. multiple channels. dialed-in retention. customers who actually stick around.
i've seen so many people flex a 50k day, then disappear 6 months later.
then you've got founders whose top customers have bought 30+ times because they genuinely love the brand.
seems obvious to me who's gonna win long term.
which camp are you in?
