The return to office conversations are so interesting. I am loving the hybrid models of going into the office 2-3x a week. It’s so nice to have a change of scenery.

Looking though some web analytic reports and its amazing how nothing seems to be evergreen anymore. Wondering if those evergreen though leadership pieces ever were.
@ankurmehrotra That is one of my assumptions. When I posted the job to my linkedin community I made it super clear no legal industry experience was needed. Same when I was in Health care still no one applied.
I have always taken marketing technology/operation jobs in industries where the role is new such as health care and legal. What is interesting is how few folks are looking for jobs in these industries. Recruiting for my team is impossible yet the work is so much fun.
@Dmurr68 So many folks have a hard time mapping out personas to content, or they don’t do it all.
There is also that fear factor of how much is too much. Or the fear that the data is bad so the message is wrong.
What is amazing is finding solutions for former tech problems in different industry technology. I never understand why some tech players are selling so niche by industry and not by sales strategy.
Finding it shocking, that the folks who are working at home and underutilized in their jobs are taking on work from other companies instead of raising his/her hand and asking to take on new work/learn new areas of the company.
It’s happening! Time to remember why this occurred and how we abused our access to individuals emails.
Creating engaging content, slowing the pace of messages, and always having call to actions are key. #emaimarketing
