@Bonhoeffer_KDS @christine_benz I’d say it’s as efficient as possible because there are tens of trillions of dollars at stake when setting the prices. All available information is taken into account. For things that are unknown, the market prices those risks in. Partially why EM stocks are MUCH cheaper than US.

Cash, treasuries, corporate bonds, large cap growth, small cap value - as risk increases so do expected returns.
Investors need to be compensated for taking a certain level of risk.
