@TA1297 “Our offer is utter shit because our 80 year old President Of Basketball Operations failed miserably at asset management…this has to be racism!”
@lissmx14 They traded KG and Pierce together so they could go compete, Kyrie can’t at the same time be the most skilled guard to ever play but no, Boston can’t trade IT for him. Giannis is top 20 all time but nope, can’t go get him. These rules don’t apply to any other team.
@TA1297 We’re just gonna leave out that in this scenario PP (former 6th man), Derrick White (first team all defense) and Queta (most improved candidate) are all still on the team with year 2 Hugo and Scheierman?
@StoolGreenie Also, I’m not trading Hugo to take on two teams bad salary, there’s actually not a ton that would be realistic moves I would be willing to trade Hugo though tbh.
@TA1297 There’s a huge huge difference between “Hey, Tatum probably should’ve been Finals MVP despite his shooting percentage” and whatever the fuck this is. People are losing their minds solely depending on what side of the Giannis potential trade they fall on.
@TA1297 I think JB has been incredible, his development has been crazy, does he still do a million things that drive me nuts? Of course. This is honestly nothing against him, Tatum and Giannis are at worst two top 7 guys, you go do that. Period.
@lissmx14 He was getting bad in the late stage ESPN days however in this case I often wonder if a lot of guys who go to The Ringer are often desperate to not seem like “Bill’s Celtics Guys” that it clouds their perspectives.
