@virginmedia honestly never had such poor internet connection or customer service.

Internet constantly dropping out, unable to connect, no issues according to the app, try to call nothing but bots, and still waiting for a reply on the WhatsApp from the 26th August!

@IcelandFoods book a delivery for 9am-11am today, conveniently a system error meant my delivery didn't get put on a van and would be delivered between 6-8pm.

Now received a text "due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery is running late"

No updates on time it will arrive.
