@British_Airways you moved me from the seat I paid for 2D to 5D.. so my partner and child had to move from row 2 to be next to me…. I check in and confirm 5D only to later find out I’m now 2F.. on my own! Absolutely fuming!

@British_Airways I spent £25 to choose a seat on my flight, I’ve now been moved with no email explanation as to why… I was booked in the same row as my partner and son (separate booking). We paid so we’d be together 🤦🏼‍♀️

@AsdaServiceTeam please please please sort out your click and collect at the Basingstoke store… 25 minutes waiting and still no parcel, staff uninterested as they “don’t know who’s got the machine”. This is a regular occurrence at this store 😡
